  2. Simply tell us about your dietary requirements at checkout if you wish to skip consultation with our nutritionist.We will prepare and send meals based on your likes and dietary requirements.

Meals are delivered at noon on any given day. Both lunch, dinner and snack are delivered to customers in the same run for those who selected 2 meals and a snack plan.

Yes! We recommend personal consultation with our nutritionist to better understand diet needs or allergies. Also all ingredients are listed on our meals each week, so you can choose which meals you want or don’t want.

No. Consultation with our nutritionist/fitness expert is optional. But we recommend scheduling a meeting if you meet any of the following

  2. Maintain weight for good health/pageants/glamor events
  3. Gaining muscle for competitions/sport events
  4. Specific diet needs for medical condition

Our meals are prepared as a single serving and packaged individually so that you can easily grab Ravioli meal box anywhere you go.

No. Our meals are prepared fresh every day and delivered that way.

Our kitchen is located in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, Telangana. We can deliver meals to home/office/homeoffice in Hyderabad/Secunderabad via Dunzo.

Yes. You can order online on Zomato or Swiggy.
