  • Four tablespoons Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 banana

  • 1 cup cooked garbanzo beans,
  • Two tablespoons arugula

  • One tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 clove garlic
  • Two tablespoons olive oil

  • Take a food processor and pulse the chopped garbanzo beans, arugula, tahini, lemon juice, and the garlic
  • Also, add olive oil until a smooth and creamy consistency is reached
  • Now season the mixture with salt and pepper. Serve.

Lack of exercise and activity will also make you feel fatigued, but not in all instances.
